So excited to share new Rhyguan factory animation preview!

Rhyguan is a professional leader in post-press industry, and manufactures smart converting equipments for the label printing industry, covering a broad spectrum from small slitter re-winders to large digital converting units. 

As of the end of 2021, the growing annual installed capacity, as well as the installed capacity of the world's largest group of equipment is also growing. So we urgently need to expand the production scale to meet the growing demand.

The new factory has been under construction for over half a year, and we look forward to its early completion. What our common desire is to make finishing better, faster, and more versatile.

1)Label Inspection Machine: SMART series
Features: Advanced offline inspection solution/ Automatic identification system/ Advanced slitter rewinder platform/ Moveable visual inspection table/ Slitter/ Recognises, records, and removes all defects.

2)Automatic Slitter Rewinder: WON series
Features: Taper tension control/ top brand web guiding/ turret rewind/ meter and number counting/ static eliminator/ Suitable to rewind thin films with optional Core-Lock differential rewind shafts.

3)Rotary Die Cutting Machine/ Flatbed Die Cutting Machine: TOP series/ KISS series
Features: The rotary die-cutting machine integrates full rotary die-cutting method of in-mold labels and the semi rotary die-cutting method of self-adhesive. The two working modes can be interchanged at will, and the small batch of in-mold labels can also be die-cut in semi mode.
The flat-bed die-cutting machine adopts a floating paper feeding system with a maximum speed of 120 m/min (400 times/min).

4)Label Converting Machine: PLUS-330
Features: The PLUS-330/420 systems are modular in design, so that each machine can be tailored to meet your needs and create a clear, competitive advantage for your business. Nearly all modules can be combined, and it is also possible to fit multiple flexo, screen or die-cut modules into one machine. 
Each module features independent tension control, and an independent step-and-repeat, with a sensor for re-registration. This creates maximum flexibility, more ways to optimize productivity and minimize tooling costs. 
The modern movable touchscreen user interface is operator friendly and easy to use.
