Rhyguan Showed Six Machines in Labelexpo Europe 2023

Labelexpo is one of the largest label events in the world. This time will be the first time Labelexpo Europe has been held at the Brussels Expo since 2019. From 11-14 September, the biennial show promises to be an unforgettable experience, featuring hundreds of live demonstrations, product launches, and special events focused on the automation area.

Rhyguan prepared totally 6 digital finishing and converting machines on this big show, which left a deep impression on global customers at the exhibition site. We were recognized by customers with exquisite value-adding effects on label finishing and converting, further enhancing Rhyguan’s influence in the field of post-printing labels.  

1.PLUS-330 Value adding embellishment

Highlight of this machine:

1.Combining Flexo Printing, Cold Foil, Silkscreen, Silkfoil, Hot Stamping/Embossing, Die-cutting, and Slitting to an entire line, saves time, labor, and most importantly, the cost. The best choice for printing companies to add the value and efficiency.

2.Modular design, each module controlled by independent servo motor, with stable tension, high register accuracy. And so many advantages such as the easy operation, strong adaptability, and high production efficiency.

3.It can be freely combined according to the different order requirements of customers, and different processes can be customized, with strong flexibility.

Innovations:

On the basis of the original high efficiency, Rhyguan has two major innovations in this exhibition. The first is to upgrade the flatbed silkscreen to high-speed silkscreen, which not only increases the speed, but also increases the diversity of materials, and is also friendly to film material labels.

Another innovation is the addition of silk foil with doming effect, which adds greater value to wine labels, and allows for the production of more exquisite labels.

2.PLUS-330 Digital embellishment

Highlight of this machine:

This PLUS machine can complete Flexo Printing, Digital Foil, Die Cutting, and Slitting online in one pass. It can be also inline with a good digital printer, both create beautiful labels in one step.

Innovations:

Digital technology, can do digital varnishing and foil, and with a BST inspection which can make perfect image with adding much value of your label in one pass.

3.TOP-420PLUS-3 High speed semi rotary flexo&die-cut

Highlight of this machine:

1.Fully servo driven with closed tension control, no noisy, and no vibration, keep the machine body always stable.

2.Both flexo and die-cutting accuracy can reach +-0.15mm.

3.Semi flexo and semi rotary die cutting combined in one pass, faster speed, especially to big order customers with high cost performance.

Innovations:

This is upgraded from TOP-330PLUS-2, faster speed and more compact machine body.

4.SMART-450-HMS Inspection rewinder

Highlight of this machine:

1- Fully servo unwinding and rewinding with taper tension system, the inspection system has high detection efficiency and accurate detection accuracy, which can significantly improve the user's work efficiency.

2. The detection system can be used to identify common defects in printings, such as misprinting, trapping, dirt, defects, color differences, and text/graphic/image errors. It can be used in the entire printing process, such as black draft proofreading, large-scale printing, etc. Proofreading, first sample signing, printing, random inspection, etc.

3: Use defect report management software (PFM) and the rewinding machine online to realize label removal and other tasks. Users can use the software to quickly and efficiently edit and correct defect data according to actual needs.

Innovations:

Upgraded our standard configuration to dual knife to solve totally wrap-around labels solution.

A dual nip system can make the operators easily slit a wide range of materials.

Also, a well-improved web advance would be more adapted to the film materials.

5.WON-450 Automatic slitter rewinder

Highlight of this machine:

1.Full servo control, automatic meter& label counting, automatic positioning blades, and standard equipped with turret rewinder, makes the operation easier and everyone can use it.

2.It is fast, saves time and greatly improves factory productivity.

Innovations:

Waste Matrix is added at the unwinding area to meet the needs of some customers for short orders’ gap.

6.LG-420 Blank label rotary die cutting machine

Highlight of this machine:

This new model has a large diameter unwinding, maximum can up to 1200m.

Full-rotary die-cutting design with speed up to 180m/min, very suitable for large amount blank label die-cutting.
